For forty years being dazed, 

Later on you’ll regain your happiness,

Much joyous Valentine’s Days must be yours.

Valentine’s Day in a place far away,

I’ve been still waiting for You

 Since forty years without saying goodbye,

Unexpectedly I left You behind

Without looking in your eyes,

To know the One Hundred Year should be mine.

Following the Father’s will I crossed the ocean,

Leaving the Mother with You when the nation was turned upside down!

Let’s keep remembering the aspiration of family reunion.

The family reunion of Vietnamese comes from everywhere.

Let’s keep getting in touch with You and I.

I’ll care nothing for the robbers’ blockage

On the way to your house is there for real.   

You’ll yell out loud for rescue.
